What is your packaging like?
We are committed to producing less waste and doing better for the environment, hence we opt for plastic-free packaging for our binders.
All KosmicKult chest binders come in a recycled cardboard box, with branded labels. If you would like to opt for discreet packaging without the brand name/logo on your parcel, drop us a text or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you.
What is your Exchange/Returns Policy?
Is there an issue with your purchase? We are here to help!
Before making any exchanges/returns, do ensure that your items fulfil our policies.
1) Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, and retained in the conditioned they arrived in.
2) Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and papers included.
3) Request for exchange/return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Clothes don’t fit you quite right?
Your items are exchangeable for the correct size within 7 days of receiving your order if they fulfil our return policy.
For future reference, do refer to our size chart for an optimum fit and maximised comfort!
If you have experienced a fault in your order, we hope to make it up to you!
For wrong or defective items, a replacement for your items may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if they fulfil our return policy.
HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES/RETURNS
If your item meets the criteria of our return policy, please submit your request at email@example.com with your order number with clear photos of the defective or wrong items.
Further instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours.
How may I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you should receive a tracking number sent to your inbox. You may then track the details of the parcel via the official Singpost website here.
Lost parcels are rare but possible. We regret to inform you that KosmicKult will not be liable for any lost items after dispatch, if the unique tracking number for your order has been sent out. In the case of lost parcels, we promise to work closely with Singpost to do what we can to retrieve your order.
